Good times. Great friends. Fantastic sailing. That pretty much sums up our weekend complete with an afternoon, sunset sail with our friends on Saturday.
Somehow, we managed to out run the pocket of nasty weather that rolled through as we were headed out, and ended up with one amazing afternoon sailing in the Gulf.
And maybe my favorite video to date. 🙂
A few snapshots from the afternoon…
>>>i’m a sucker for sailing themed beers with cute labels.<<<
>>>how cute are these girls? love them!<<<
>>>awesome blue cheese guac! thank you pinterest for the recipe!<<<
>>>awesome friends + cold beer. what more could you want?<<<
>>>Our first-ever dinner party on the boat! We used our Magma marine grill (for the first-time ever on Saturday) after conveniently dropping the grill bowl off the dock into the water last week as we were cleaning it…and having to purchase a replacement. I’m sure that won’t be the last thing we lose overboard.<<<
>>>caprese skewers…and steak, chicken, + shrimp kebabs.<<<
>>>delicious lemon orzo pasta salad, watermelon-feta salad, and mini key limes pies!<<<
Hope you had a great weekend too!
